By accessing or using VenuePass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
VenuePass provides ID verification, ticket scanning, and digital agreement collection services for bars, nightclubs, and event venues. Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VenuePass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
